Over the years, he has been involved in numerous growth equity and buyout transactions, advising both public and private management teams on organic growth, business strategy, capital allocation, and financing.
Dipish holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Before Termgrid, Vishal served as CTO and CPO at Link3D, where he led the company from startup through its successful acquisition by Materialise (Nasdaq: MTLS) in 2022. He has founded and scaled multiple SaaS, marketplace, and data-driven businesses, gaining deep experience in bringing disruptive technologies to market.
Vishal holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the National Institution of Technology Warangal, an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University.
