What Information does Termgrid Collect?
Information You Provide to Us:
We receive and store any information you provide to us. For example, through the registration process and/or through your account settings, we may collect Personal Information such as your name, username, password, employer name, and email address.
We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. For example, if you’ve given us your email address, we may email you about your use of the Services. Information Collected Automatically:

How will Termgrid use and share the personal information it receives?
Termgrid will use data for product enhancements but for not for sharing with 3rd parties. These will be achieved using tools like GA, MixPanel, etc
User Profiles and Submissions: Certain user profile information, including your name, location, and any video or image content that such user has uploaded to the Services, may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Services or address your request for our services. Please remember that any content you upload to your public user profile, along with any Personal Information or content that you voluntarily disclose online in a manner other users can view (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, etc.) becomes publicly available, and can be collected and used by anyone. Your username may also be displayed to other users if and when you send messages or comments or upload images or videos through the Services and other users can contact you through messages and comments.
We share your personal data within the Termgrid group. This will involve transferring your data outside the US or UK (as applicable).
Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the US or UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:
- We will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data.

You may request deletion of your account by [email protected]. Some information may remain in our records after your deletion of such information from your account. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.
What security measures do we use?
We seek to protect Personal Data using appropriate technical and organizational measures based on the type of Personal Data and applicable processing activity. We store the data in back up files and database servers which are protected by state of art security measures, for example, AES encryption, firewalls and user access control mechanisms.
Personal data of Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Data about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. - Erasure: You can request that we erase some or all of your Personal Data from our systems.
