What does this Privacy Policy cover?

Termgrid is made up of different legal entities, including Termgrid, Inc and Termgrid Limited. This Privacy Policy is issued on behalf of the Termgrid group so when we mention “Termgrid”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to the relevant company in the Termgrid group responsible for processing your data. Termgrid, Inc. is the controller and responsible for this website.

This Privacy Policy sets out how Termgrid, treats personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we collect, or which you otherwise provide to us, when you are accessing or using our Services, but not to the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people that we don’t manage. What Information does Termgrid Collect?

How will Termgrid use and share the personal information it receives?

Termgrid will use data for product enhancements but for not for sharing with 3rd parties. These will be achieved using tools like GA, MixPanel, etc

User Profiles and Submissions: Certain user profile information, including your name, location, and any video or image content that such user has uploaded to the Services, may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Services or address your request for our services. Please remember that any content you upload to your public user profile, along with any Personal Information or content that you voluntarily disclose online in a manner other users can view (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, etc.) becomes publicly available, and can be collected and used by anyone. Your username may also be displayed to other users if and when you send messages or comments or upload images or videos through the Services and other users can contact you through messages and comments.


International Transfers:

We share your personal data within the Termgrid group. This will involve transferring your data outside the US or UK (as applicable).

Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the US or UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

What security measures do we use?

We seek to protect Personal Data using appropriate technical and organizational measures based on the type of Personal Data and applicable processing activity. We store the data in back up files and database servers which are protected by state of art security measures, for example, AES encryption, firewalls and user access control mechanisms.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16.
