ARR Loan

A form of credit facility where borrowing capacity is based on a company’s annual recurring revenue rather than EBITDA. ARR loans are commonly used by high-growth or subscription-based businesses that generate predictable revenue but are not yet profitable, allowing them to access debt financing earlier in their lifecycle.
