Financial Condition Covenant

A broad covenant that requires the company to maintain overall financial health within agreed parameters, typically through key metrics like leverage, liquidity, or net worth. It acts as a “catch-all” safeguard, allowing lenders to monitor and enforce the company’s general financial stability beyond specific actions or events.
