Limitation on Indebtedness

A covenant that restricts a company from incurring additional debt beyond agreed thresholds, unless certain conditions or lender approvals are met. It acts as a control mechanism to prevent over-leveraging, protecting existing lenders by ensuring the company does not take on excessive financial obligations.
