London — Termgrid hosted the inaugural Termgrid Circles event on 4th June 2026, marking the beginning of a new community initiative designed to bring together women from across the finance industry in a more personal, experience-led setting.
The idea for Termgrid Circles emerged from an observation that reflects a broader industry dynamic. While women represent less than a quarter of finance professionals globally, they account for nearly half of Termgrid’s sponsor clients and key platform users. Recognising both the influence and contributions of this community, Termgrid created Circles as a space for meaningful connection beyond day-to-day business interactions.
For the first event, a select group of women gathered at a historic London perfumerie for an evening centred on fragrance, conversation, and community. Guests were guided by expert perfumers through the history and craftsmanship behind some of the world’s most iconic scents, while also exploring their own unique fragrance preferences.
Set against the backdrop of the perfumerie’s elegant interiors, attendees enjoyed an immersive experience that encouraged both discovery and discussion. More importantly, the evening offered participants the opportunity to step away from their busy schedules, connect with peers, and build relationships in a relaxed and informal environment.
The event combined learning with networking, creating space for conversations that extended well beyond the world of finance. Guests shared experiences, exchanged perspectives, and enjoyed an evening focused on connection rather than transactions.
