London — Termgrid has officially launched Termgrid Circles, a new series of community events designed to bring together the people who make up the Termgrid network through shared experiences, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to connect beyond the workplace.
The inaugural event took place on 4 June in London, welcoming a small group of women from across the finance community for an evening at one of the city’s historic perfumeries. While this first gathering celebrated the women within our network, it also marked the beginning of a broader community initiative that will continue to bring together different groups across the private capital ecosystem.
The idea behind Termgrid Circles is simple. Create experiences that encourage authentic conversations and stronger relationships in a relaxed, informal setting. Rather than traditional networking events, Circles focuses on bringing people together through memorable experiences that foster genuine connections.
Hosted inside the elegant surroundings of the perfumerie, guests were guided by expert perfumers through the history and craftsmanship behind some of the world’s most iconic fragrances. Throughout the evening, attendees explored different scent families, discovered their own fragrance preferences, and learned about the artistry behind perfume making.
The experience provided a welcome opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday work, with conversations flowing naturally over drinks as guests connected with peers from across the finance community. The evening reflected the collaborative spirit that Termgrid aims to cultivate, bringing together professionals in an environment designed around curiosity, conversation, and shared experiences.
As guests departed, they received curated gifts to remember the evening, alongside new connections and the anticipation of future Circles events.
